About D'Yanna Craighead
Background
D’Yanna Craighead is a published author and award winning senior technology manager with over 25 years of experience at various large corporations such as IBM, AT&T, Delta Airlines and Disney. With a background mixed with software engineering, technical product management, and technical program management she has spent most of her career delivering large, highly visible technology products around the world.
As a Black Woman in technology, D'Yanna has often been described as a unicorn in the software engineering industry. Her journey of purpose and passion has inspired her to tell her story of personal and professional transformation to achieve success through what she calls, The Butterfly Code Framework©. Her mentorship and storytelling has inspired many to follow their dreams using personal and professional examples of career success and providing personalized transformation coaching.
